Public Service Announcement Taping for Website

Kim, Lillian, and Jessica

Our Nevada Women's Virtual Center website is coming along nicely and to announce its existence to the world (at least in neck of the woods), we have produced two Public Service Announcements (PSAs) that will air on local television, radio stations, and hopefully sister websites after the new year.

Thanks to Channel 3 and Dawn Gibbons, we were able to tape the segments on Friday, December 23rd. Well-known television and radio host, Lillian McMorris (http://lillianmcmorris.com/), along with Junior League of Las Vegas (http://www.jllv.org/lv/index.jsp) communication committee members Kimberly Scott and Jessica Nordling were our "actors" and we could not be more pleased with their performances.

We arrived at the television station just before 10:00 am and were "wrapped" as they say in the business by 10:30. It was just great to see how a production is created, from the use of the teleprompter, green screen and the professionalism of the crew, it was a terrific experience. So be sure and look for our upcoming PSAs and tell all your friends about significance of the Nevada Women's Virtual Center website.

Happy holidays and here is to a prosperous and fulfilling New Year for all of us!
