Nevada Women's Legacy Community Quilts
Statewide Traveling Exhibit
Thank you to those who submitted a nomination for the Nevada Women’s Legacy Community Quilt that was brought to you by Women of Diversity Productions, Inc.
Together we have created five impressive quilts that included women from all over Nevada. The initial exhibition included three quilts that were on display from March 16 through April 1, 2015 at the Nevada Legislature on the second floor of the Senate Building, in the Atrium, as part of the Nevada Women’s Legacy exhibition.
We intend to offer this continuing project to other exhibition sites in the years to come.
Nevada Women’s Legacy Community Quilt Continues
We are excited to announce that we are collecting nominations again to create a fourth quilt for this community quilt project. Currently we have a limited number of spots still open and will collect nominations until April 7, 2016. If we reach out limit with nominations for the fourth quilt we will keep extra nominations for the next quilt produced. The latest quilt and the first three will be on display April 16, 2016 at the Bursting Boundaries: Women of Vision Event brought to you by Women of Diversity.
